NUTRITION COACHING

My nutrition coaching service is available to a select number of online clients.

I deliver all coaching personally and my nutrition plans and resources are entirely tailored to you.

  • Coaching begins with a 60-90 minute one-to-one virtual consultation to discuss your goals, history, current diet and preferences. From here we discuss your biggest barriers and key focus areas to work on.

  • Your follow-up nutrition plans and notes are entirely tailored to you based on our consultation. Follow-up notes will typically contain a nutrition plan with a variety of recipes, snacks and resources to use within your plan based on your dietary preferences.

  • 60 minute video check-ins are scheduled for every two weeks, with on-going support between session taking place through instant messaging. Depending on your goal/requirements photo food diaries or daily checklists may be used.

  • Dan is a registered Nutritionist with the International Society of Sports Nutrition (CISSN, dip. ISSN) and holds a Masters Degree in Sports and Exercise Nutrition. Dan works one-to-one with hundreds of clients a year in London’s Covent Garden, as well as writing for national press and event speaking at fitness expos worldwide.
